Static Wheel Balancers
The Sharp Racing Static Wheel Balancer has been the choice of workshops,home mechanics and pit garages for over twenty years, why? because its the best! with four precision metal shielded bearings and a level adjustable frame, the Static Wheel Balancer will suit most any wheel ( we have made custom ones for drag bikes)
The stand out feature is the standard shaft, with a 5/8" (15.8mm) Stainless Steel shaft, CNC machined & anodised cones plus our unique tool free retainers that wont damage the shaft like cheap grub screws and are infinatly adjustable. Suitable for axles from 17mm - 30mm in diameter, we have an optional 1/2" (12.7mm) shaft (RRP $75) that will suit trail bikes & older small capacity bikes with smaller axles.
The Professional Static Balancer is the choice of track tyre service professionals nation wide. Due to the precision CNC machined Stainless Steel rollers the rolling resistance is reduced to the point where the lightweight cone retaining clips can rotate the shaft by themselves! not a big deal for heavy road bike wheels but important for lightweight, high speed racing applications.
The frame layout may be the same as the Standard model but the professional one is fully TIG welded Aluminium, saving weight for transport and avoiding wear & tear.
Mono Balance Shaft
The Mono Balance shaft suits both the standard & Professional Static Wheel Balancer and is available for a wide range of single swingarm wheels:
SRA14 - DUC Ducati 748 - 1199, Monsters, street Fighter, Hypermotard etc - this cone set has three different steps making it universal for all Ducati wheels.
